Dylan Rice is 16 years old and is going into his Junior year at The Charles Finney School. He started dancing at the age 0f 5, taking Hip-Hop and Acro classes. At 6 years old, Dylan started competing in all styles of dance and was an original member of his mini team. He has had the opportunity to attend several dance intensives, college clinics, and master classes throughout the years. His favorite styles of dance are contemporary and lyrical. Dylan has achieved many awards and accolades at competitions including being among the top 10 for “Teen Dancer Of The Year” at Groove Nationals in 2025. Dylan enjoys choreographing and teaching the younger dance students and hopes to pass on his passion for dance to others. Dylan is very grateful for all the life lessons, friends, and memories he’s made over the years at Strike It Up. Dylan is so excited to share this title with 2026 Miss.SIU Savannah Lane. He would like to thank all of his dance teachers, teammates, and family for all of their love and support.
