A high-energy, judgment-free dance class for adults who want to move, sweat, and have fun. Styles may include jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, or commercial dance depending on the week. This class is about enjoying movement, building confidence, and ending your day on a high note—no performance expectations, just good vibes.
