    1. No parents/friends are allowed backstage or in the hallways leading to the backstage area. Only volunteers will be allowed. So please stop by the front desk and sign up to help.

    2. Any child that is performing in the show will not be allowed in the audience during the duration of the show. A live feed will be on monitors in the back rooms for them to watch.

    3. Once a child is in their costume, they are to remain backstage until the end of the show.

    4. No running at all . . .  Especially in tap shoes.

    5. Eating is OK backstage but not in costume.

    6. Doors will open 30 Minutes before the show begins and under no circumstances is anyone allowed in the Auditorium before that time. Seating is general admission but getting there early to save seats is not OK. We need all the time we can get to make sure we are ready to perform the best show possible.

    7. All balances are due by recital. If payment is not made prior to the showcase your child is performing in, they will not be allowed to perform. This policy is being strictly enforced.

    8. Each child is required to stay for the entire showcase. No child will be allowed to leave without getting my approval first and notifying the Back Stage Support Team.

    9. The performers are not allowed side stage until they are called; performers will line up three numbers prior to theirs. There will be adults backstage to assist in this.

    10. For Awards and Bows – Make sure you are wearing a “Show T-Shirt” and are lined up backstage when you are called.

    11. No screaming or loud noise backstage as this can be a distraction to the performers that are on stage.

  • We need adult supervision for rehearsal and the show to keep our children safe and help to get them ready for their performance.  We do not allow children in the audience and I do not allow people to get up and go back and forth from the audience, so if you volunteer to be a back stage mom, you are responsible for the whole class for the whole show.  I also need help in other areas to make the show run smoothly.

If you sign up to volunteer for a mainstream class, you can get 1 free summer class!
