Application Requirments:

     

• Write a 500 word essay, MLA Style, explaining how you are an active member of your community, how being involved in the arts has influenced you as a person and how it helped you contribute to your community.

• Fill out the application form below

• Upload a head shot/ senior picture

• Upload your essay

• read the authorization, Sign and Submit

• All submissions will be submited directly to and read by the Kiedrowski family. *Strike It Up will not have access to these essays or information*. 

• All final decisions will be made by the family. the number of recipients and the scholarship amounts will be theft up to their discretion.

• All applicants will be notified at the SIUAC Showcase.
